Matt Slater has a Masters Degree in Property from the University of South Australia and is a Registered Property Conveyancer.

Matt as a registered conveyancer can handle all legal matters relating to land from property transfers (buying and selling of property),
subdivisions,liens, to lease documentation and negotiation.  Matt currently has a special price on residential property transfer of $275.  Otherwise Matt charges his time out at $65 per hour for more complex legal property matters.
